Comprehensive Design & Development
Our team here at Core Infusion has been working together for the past 19 years to provide comprehensive design and development services to our clients by offering unique, novel solutions to whatever challenges they might be facing. Our first projects were in the medical device, telecommunications, and consumer products industries.

Our Design Process
Sketch - This is where it all starts. From the conception of your idea, our interview process will help determine what direction you want for your product. We then draft sketches so you can get a feel for the best design language for you.
2D Illustration - Pick a few sketches! This is where the fun starts. See what you like and what you might want to change. Then we’ll create full color illustrations of your product to give you a more holistic feel for each design.
3D Model - Once you’ve settled on a design, it’s time to start moving forward with a 3D model. Our engineers will develop a model to better represent your product as well as provide a platform to begin technical development.
Engineering - The design is finished! Here we begin to address the needs of your customers and develop solutions for your customers’ needs. From durability to functionality, we develop effective solutions to keep development moving.
Prototyping - The product is ready and it is time to realize your idea. Whether you need to present to investors, at trade shows, for market research or real-world testing, we provide high-quality prototypes for any situation.
Production - Final product! The development cycle has finally come to an end. It’s time to begin production, so we’ll find the right manufacturing processes and suppliers to ensure that you receive high-quality product.
